Thinking of selling your property, wanting to get it market ready but just don't know where to start?  You're not alone.  Many people wanting to market their property often need advice and guidance along the way.  It could just be a few tips on how to present the property right through to a complete overhaul.  Here at English Rose Estate Agents we want to give you as much help and advice as possible.  We give all of our clients a list of do's and don'ts and this helps massively.  Occassionaly some of our clients may need help with decorting or presenting the property in a different way.  This is where our very own interior designer comes in, Iwona Bator. Iwona is fully qualified in interior design, she is a very talented lady and very easy to work with.  Before you get scared off, thinking Interior design and that it's too expensive for you.  Iwona is very good at working to a budget, whether it is a really tight budget or slightly higher, she can tailor the decor/property staging to suit your needs.  The one thing to remember when selling your property is first inpressions are key.  You get one chance to impress, make it count.  The first crucial principle that being good is no longer good enough, you now need to be exeptional and stand out from the crowd. Treat the marketing of your property as a business transaction doing what needs to be done to achieve the end result, securing a buyer.
